Facilities
The Stratford on Avon tennis Section prides itself on the quality and standard of its tennis.
There are 7 courts, 4 textile and 3 artificial grass, which are maintained through contractual agreements with qualified court maintenance companies; supplemented by the dedication of a small band of enthusiastic members.
Floodlighting is available on 5 courts. One court is dedicated for junior members and this court also has a rebound wall. Independent seating is available for match viewing on all courts.
The Tennis section has its own pavilion with a kitchen, recreation room and changing facilities available to all members and visitors. Security is controlled by electronic access cards.
The Tennis section is part of the Stratford Sports Club and members are automatically entitlted to use the main sports club house. This includes sports bar, widescreensatelite TV and a restaurant service.
As a member of the Tennis Section, reduced rates are available for membership of other sections of the sports club, which include; Hockey, Cricket, Snooker, Sqash and Athletics.
